Issuer and use

株式会社Connect Piece / Connect Piece Inc. issues Poprica coins for content-generation services within Poprica. Coins cannot be transferred or resold to another person.

Expiry and balance

Purchased top-up coins expire one year after purchase. Monthly plan coins expire before the next grant and do not roll over. You can check balances in Credits & Plans. Account deletion removes access to unused balances.

Refunds and safeguarding

Cash refunds or redemption are not available except where required by law. As of September 10, 2026, we have not made an issuance-security deposit or entered into equivalent safeguarding arrangements. We will make the filings and safeguarding arrangements required when the relevant statutory conditions apply. This is not a statement that a deposit is currently in place.
